the server got automaticaly shut down yesterday, we tried to start the server again but since then everytime we join we get a network error message.
We don't have mods on the server and tried both aquatic and legacy branch.

little update: We tried to restart the server hoping it would fix it but now when i wanna look if the server is online on ark it says that its "no response".

its because g portal didnt updated their game versions yet cuz wild card f*cked up the new update and it cause game crashings and deleting datas

take the server ip at the top of your server page in gportal, and paste it into the server list in steam

#

add the ip to your favorites in the server list

#

then you filter for favorites in ark and your server should come up

Hey, I had the same issue as you just yesterday. Switch to the Aquatica DLC branch - you can play the old version normally without having to buy the new DLC. Give it a shot
