Hello!
On the GPortal panel, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the main dashboard.

  2. Hover over your server and click the trash can icon to delete it.

  3. Click Add Gamecloud and recreate the server.

  4. Connect to the server using the IP:Port shown at the top (make sure to use the address that ends with two zeros).

  5. When you add the server in Satisfactory, it will ask for the server name and admin password—enter those to connect.
