I'm trying to fully reset my server to default settings to when I bought the server is that possible

Hello, yes, you can completely wipe it; then everything, absolutely everything, will be deleted. You can find the full wipe option on the gportal page under settings, then status, and then the blue button on the far right is full wipe. Additionally, remove all custom boot commands, and you are done.

@brazen spruce You will have to contact support. Doing a full reset like described above will not reset the server to the day you bought it. It will only reset certain settings and remove saves. Support will have to do a full reinstall of the server. In order to get everything back to default.

you dont have to go to support or anything just go to the server dashboard find the gamecloud and gameserver then simply delete the server with the red trash icon, you still keep the gameclould and simply add a new rust server to it which will start from factory settings
