It's been about 20 hours of my screen saying "retry in .. min"

So i have a ticket open on gportal where i talk to a staff member he said they don't have a solution for this and I just have to wait and it can take up to a week+ by then i Will have to pay for thé server again hopefully they fix thé issue

I'm not saying you haven't tried but it's like asking support from an internet provider they will walk you through things you have already tried before just to rule them out. If I can't walk you through those things I can't help. You will have to wait for GPortal support then.
