Not much more to say, I did at one point connect to the World Map, flew like 5 inches, then bam, kicked out. What is going on? Why can't GPortal create a stable connection, why are the Offical Servers smooth without issue, but the Private Servers, that we are paying for, we cannot play for more than 2 days without another new or old issue reappearing. Please explain because I am curious now.
It shows that every Server is grayed out, which means issues. What is going on?

Well this information doesnt help me to know exactly what is wrong. The problem you have described is a known issue on the Dune discord. To answer your question though it has a lot to do with the server structure set up by the devs. There is also a reboot time of 4:00 AM CET in the US not sure where you are from. Sadly there isnt a warning written in to give us a heads up.

I'm AEST, that normally is like 7pm when the servers go down for restarting and such.
But this issue only seems to occure on the Private servers, Offical servers are not having this problem as far as I am aware of. Do you know what is causing this instablity between Hagga Basin and the Hub Worlds/World Map?
Adding, this is what I am seeing every time I try and join without any connection after shutting down the game. Vertifying files, uninstalling, reinstalling, having the server restarted.

Would I also submit a ticket about an issue I am having with my character?
They are using the Female Voice, when I picked a Male Voice and they do not have the emotes that should have been assigned to them via character creation.
