🔹 Game & Server Type – Minecraft modded
🔹 Problem Description – The server isn't loading. The IP and Port are different than they were 6 hours ago. And the File Manager says DIRECTORY IS EMPTY. We've been playing on it for a few months now.
🔹 Error Messages & Logs – none, it's just not loading
🔹 Server Details – lots of mods are installed, but none changed in the last 6 hours that I'm aware of
🔹 Troubleshooting Steps Taken – i have tried to start the server, but it looks like there's nothing to start!

hmm can se modpack got 3 updates the 17th. when looking at curseforge. but if you updated it 2 days ago. and server worked there. Then you will need to send in a ticket. and have them look at the server .. As iam only a helper. so just a gamer like you. with a helper tag.

Unfortunately I can't send the ticket as I'm not the owner, I'm just an admin and this server isn't showing when I try to put up a ticket.

yee when ip and port also change its defo not modpack issue. although if it gives warning with ip and port. and then turns off and end in reboot loop. that can be a mod like simple voice chat. as that is known for this. if its not given the correct port. it will kinda say ip and port used . and then reboot it self again and again.

Yeah I've seen that before, but we've had this old IP for a while, it's in our discord and lasted several packs. It just randomly changed about 8 hours ago an no longer matches

It is strange though because the white list is still there. So it's not like we just got moved to a fresh server entirely... hmmm....

yee np. sadly cant do much els but say send in a ticket. explain as much as posible. and then wait. dont send in multible tickets about it. just one. and lean back and wait...

Yeah i was kinda hoping that's what this channel was for. A way for me to write a ticket without being the owner, since they're out of town right now.

ye sadly they removed the ability to send in tickets from discord. probely due to many false where send in. or spammed . So only those with acces to the server webpage can . Kinda understandable.
