They are actively working on this issue there are some that are still missing on the lists.
A suggestion you can create a second character on a public server so at least you can play.
If you havent updated your ticket or dont have a ticket it would be a good idea to make just one and just keep replying to it, so you dont get lost in the mix.
Can I have your Region, world and server name so I can post it in the team chat?

The region is NA, world is Emberforge, and server name is "OuttaSync Arrakis"

I’ve been updating my ticket with no results all day. Has there been any updates? Is anybody else dealing with this problem? Every other private server in my World is online and playing but my server is down and I don’t understand what’s going on. If I just knew what was going on with it I wouldn’t be as upset
Just the same message all day as if my server doesn’t even exist and I’m worried it got deleted or something
There hasnt been any updates as of yet and yeah there are several servers that are affected.

There is. And there’s a button to restart it but I’ve been trying that all day long
It was worth a try at least, I think we jsut have to wait for them to fix it. I did report it to team chat.
I haven’t had a chance to check because I’m at the doctor today but looking at the dashboard it looks like it should be up and running! I can access the game details and the “unknown” code is gone.
Nice I sure hope it fixed just let me know when you get a chance to try it. Hope the doc appt goes well!!!!
