I tried putting the IP that was given to me into the Steam Favorites and it does not find the IP Given to me, I cannot see the server logs that tells me that the server is online im at a lost here , Rip 17 Dollars ? 💀

What kind of server? If it’s anything but Dune, I’d recommend putting in a ticket as I’m not sure what could be causing this

I even tried turning off the mods to see if it would go up but i dont see it go up, it tells me its online but the ip does not work.

only make the one ticket they will let you know when its up, you can do that from the link on your server or ill pop this one too sec. Just tell them that a helper even looked for the ip on the steam server list and the in game ark list and found nothing with your server name or the IP address

you should get an email from them when they respond and I hope it doesnt take too long but I will warn you that with the Dune issues going on it may be longer.
