Hello and you will have to submit a ticket of this. IF you have already submitted one and its still open jsut reply to it and say new Issue and copy and past e the error msg there isnt anything anyone on discord can do .

there are hundresds of servers down from gportal, no one is addressing the problem, no one is responding to support tickets

I asked support about the same issue. They responded and got my server 'Running', but the world Voidshade isn't even on the server list. This has been going on since yesterday. I suggest writing them a detailed message otherwise they'll just push the issue aside. It's ridiculous really

It appears every server owner in a world needs to manually reset their server after an update for the whole world to work right again.
