🔹 Game & Server Type
Game: Minecraft Java Edition

Server Type: Forge Modded (DeceasedCraft 1.18.2 selected during purchase)

🔹 Problem Description
The server fails to start every time I try to launch it through the web interface. The issue began immediately after setup—I've never been able to get the server running.

🔹 Error Messages & Logs
No clear error messages are displayed on the dashboard. I'm happy to send logs or screenshots if needed.

🔹 Server Details
Modpack: DeceasedCraft 1.18.2 (Forge)

No manual mods or plugins added—this is the default install from your side.

No changes made to config or settings after purchase.

🔹 Troubleshooting Steps Taken
Restarted the server multiple times

Reviewed logs but found nothing conclusive

Verified the correct modpack is selected

Ensured everything is set to default for first-time use

try and delete the server. and set it up again. it at times work. not sure why but. well technomanoligy you know. 🙂

you just delete the server you have now. (you wont lose money on it) then pick it all again. with game. mod and so on

Like delete everything in the FTP?

it will often give you a new ip. = new server. where the one you got to start with could have had a faulty settings

nhaa just on the server website

when you click the home. it shows you what active servers you have. small trashcan in top corner of the server picture will delete that server

Should i switch to legacy interface because i can't seem to find it.

and yee at times legacy interface is needed . when you are looking at the Consol for the server. ones you start it up. as it at times get stuck. same when you look at ram and cpu ussage for the server. it sadly often shows wrong. both things been reported to Gportal. so hope they one day get that fixed.
