Ive asked for help on this before. I'm not getting any emails from you (I've checked EVERY folder, junk, deleted, etc) so I cannot log in. Due to this ongoing frustration, I will be cancelling service with you, however I have to log in to cancel. I also have to log in to create a support ticket (what the serious F?) so I'm here, in a last ditch effort to get customer service, before I report you to my card company as unauthorized charges and use this message as my evidence of your uncooperation and that I have officially made my intentions known to you, for legal reasons.

If I don't get help here, I'll be getting a lawyer to send you a cease and desist from using my card. I'd rather just get help here, because that's expensive and it will also give precedent to anyone else having issues with you, showing that we have to go this far to stop you from taking our money. You don't want that.
