Hi, I just bought a G-Portal server for Conan Exiles, standard server.
The server is running but does not appear in the list and I can't connect with the IP and password. When I try a direct connexion it say "Connection Timeout". I've restarted the server but it didn't help.

Sounds like it could be an issue on the backend, did you open a Support ticket with Gportal?
