Gamecloud cancellation as credit

Hello, Ive just cancelled my gamecloud as said by a ticket from Gportal support, but how long does it take to get the credit on my account? Then I have to edit my gamecloud server with the good amount of slots and gametime. It also says its still active

So when your game cloud date is due for payment, you have 5 days after that it will delete it the cloud. If you get credit on your account it will automatically take it from there when the payment date is up 🙂

yes, cause of the issue with the slots the other day

they told me; However what I can offer is to deactivate the Gamecloud and to then turn the remaining runtime into credit for your account.
You can then use the "Edit Gamecloud" button to set it to the slots and runtime you need and then use the credit to reactivate it.

Also make sure to download the save on farming sim just incase it deletes it all 🙂

Always make sure to get the save downloaded to your desktop because you can upload it again if you need help knowing how to download I’ll show you 🙂

I need to see that then yes how i can make a backup

but in the ticket they said its not needed

Go to the web interface for farming sim then from there go to save game then find the map your playing on then there be green disc save thing click that and it will download then drag it to your desktop 🙂

Also there is a way of manually changing the number of slots manually now works better and accurate through the xml files I can show you that as well

it depends, if its a curomer issue it does not take long, your credits are based on the mod work or not? thats why 3 months if you mean that 🙂
