and i dont now how can i fix it

it is in restart loop

I can't play, and I couldn't find a solution

And only one person replied and then left

oh yeah it seems the response time can take a little longer then anticipated but i unfortunately don’t know the issue nor have any ark experience and support would be the only people that can fix it consistently restarting unless <@&1339549995543826514> has any information on this

Hello there

Please provide us the server logs.

You can find these logs under File management ---> Logs ---> lastet.log.

As this is community support, we do not have access to server and customer data.
We need the server logs to be able to exactly localize the problem.
