#Cant access to my file manager

Just checked my email says the server will be deleted, so i was trying to download the data, but cant get access to it

I had only rented the server for 1 month, and its up to time
Okay, was you carrying it on or stopped carrying it on?
So when did you get that email? As currently for me itβs the 19th here so wondering if itβs the 18th or 19th where you are
Im on the east coast in US, I got the email 2 hours ago
it says its EST, I was thinking if it is Eastern Standard Time β

If i want to keep the data, do i need to reactive the server?
If it in suspended state then you can't grab your data sadly support can maybe give your data
So basically to un suspend your game cloud is to extend your game cloud, but like Logan said support would have more powers than I would have Iβm afraid
You normally get a email a week before it due telling you grab your data
You can try contacting support or extend it by 3 days
