Just checked my email says the server will be deleted, so i was trying to download the data, but cant get access to it

Im on the east coast in US, I got the email 2 hours ago

If i want to keep the data, do i need to reactive the server?

If it in suspended state then you can't grab your data sadly support can maybe give your data

So basically to un suspend your game cloud is to extend your game cloud, but like Logan said support would have more powers than I would have I’m afraid

You normally get a email a week before it due telling you grab your data

You can try contacting support or extend it by 3 days
