My server renews on the 30th of the month so I made sure to add money to my account on Jan 29th but now my server is gone and I received an email saying it was deleted on Feb. 3rd but the money is still in my account.

Hiya, best thing in this situation is to open a ticket on gportal website and they can assist more as we can’t do nothing here afraid gportal support team will help with this 🙂
