U can remove ur preferred payment method which will prevent automatic payments from being removed then I believe u have to wait for the server to run out of play time then it will deactivate once there is no more time left on ur server

I think you have to go into your gportal account and cancel it within there. Alternatively you can likely call your bank and cancel payments.
