log out of gportal then log back in then go to my servers then click on farming sim server and it should work try that 🙂 thats how i done it

no its not unless you type in the server ip address but thats why you always bookmark it your internet so you dont loose it or things like this dont happen

i will forward that, but you still should write a ticket on the website if you havent til now. The support can check deeper in your server, maybe there is a issue which can be fix quickly

It doesnt work our servers if on an other main host then yours. Thats why ours isnt working. They are working on fixing the hard ware

I moved the server to PC because unfortunately Xbox doesn't allow FTP access

That’s what I always do use pc server, if the interface of the website is down I can still access it by ftp

the last resort is to ask for a refund to credits and try to re-make

that I know they can

but unless you can get access to your backend web interface, you will lose everything

it has your game saves, the mods you had on it
