My server wont turn on and idk what the issue is. I changed some settings a few days ago then restarted the server and it hasnt turned on since so i reverted the setting changes and it still wont turn on so i need help

can i get a screen shot of what’s it’s saying on GPortal

and have you made yourself owner

Yes ive had the server for about 7 months now

how long has it been saying starting for ?

It usually stays up for like 10 maybe 15 minutes

And i cant join my server till it stops saying that

i understand but how long have you been on the starting screen for

if it’s been longer then an hour then you need to contact support if it hasn’t then you’ll need to wait

Its only been about 10 minutes so far

no it’s okay i don’t need one now it was just to show me what’s on your screen

and i would highly recommend making a ticket on the Gportal website

I got 2 more questions

1. Would a screen shop help now?
   And 2. How do i edit my ticket?

1. i no longer need a screen shot considering i know what the problem is

why do you need to edit your ticket for ?

you can just put in your ticket my server has failed to start and it isn’t back up

or something along those lines

make sure to list your server in the description sense the server tab doesn’t work
