oh my bad, when I click on the advanced settings thing to take me onto the website it displays “loads your server… starts” and nothing else, and yeah it is a new server

oh you restarted the server thats the problem when you restart it, it goes into a starting phase

so i would say give it 30 minuutes total if it exceeds that time and hits an hour then make a ticket on the webaite

What is the information that belongs to the refund? Like what do I enter?

All you need do is open a ticket and just say I like refund they will reply with ok and ask way of refund but just select your server on the server drop down on ticket

PC and PlayStation:

Hmm reason for slow website can be heavy load tend happens time to time but did it stop saying start?

Yeah I probably know reason not showing the name of server can be filter but tomorrow you can try and see and if you ever get a server again we highly recommend Playstation one since billing is handled via gportal and just way easier for support and payment
