I just recently got into rust on my console with one of my freinds he is pretty new and wanted a private server for me and him to play on, however after setting the server up and over 3 hours of trying my best to try and find out what's wrong we still can't get the server to show up on the Community list. I have read other posts with similar issues and I added myself as a owner that didn't work it is not in my favorites at all. I am honestly confused and have no clue what to do.

Typing in the name of the server it won't show up
I just get the screen saying "can't find server are you sure you type the name in right" or somthing near that.

it might be getting filtered out try changing the server name to something else and then restarting the server

I just updated mine and changed the name. Sadly I can't see if it worked cause I'm at work I get done in 5 hours 😩. While I am working do you know if any settings I change in the game could possibly make it so the server doesn't show up. I also wonder after adding myself as a owner should I also add myself as a moderator too?
