So I keep being charged for a rust server that doesn't even work and I can't even cancel the payments and I'm pretty much broke atm and I can't have something I can't even use being charged.

You can cancel it. Did you get it through Microsoft of the GPortal site.

A: Follow the steps based on your platform:

PC and PlayStation:

• Log In: Access your GPORTAL account.
• Navigate: Click on the Credit Card icon in the lower left corner.
• Cancellation: Choose Cancellation at the top of the page.
• Manage Servers: View and manage your servers, opting to cancel or reverse a cancellation.

Xbox:

• Microsoft Account: Sign in to your Microsoft account.
• Subscriptions: Navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
• Find Server: Locate your GPORTAL server in the list.
• Cancel: Select the option to cancel your subscription.

⚠️ Note: Cancelled servers terminate at the end of the rental period.
