#Server won’t start

I have tried starting my new server but I keep getting stuck on this screen. I sit in this screen for a few hours and then it says starting failed. I try again and go through the same process. Somebody please help me

Or, alternatively, go back then hover over your server and click the red trash can and get a new server. It won't cost more.

My honest opinion here is get a refund from Microsoft then go to the GPortal site and rent a playstation server. Since it's full crossplay, you can do this with no issue. Renting an xbox server through Microsoft is too big of a headache.

The reason you can't delete it as is, is because you aren't the actual real owner of it. Microsoft is.

And they are super bad about issuing payment to GPortal sometimes, resulting in too many people's servers being suspended.

now the only problem with this is sense its a game server it will be a little different im pretty sure they give you the steps for everything you need to do

The only thing left to do is contact GPortal support and have them fix it.

yeah micrsoft is really not clear with there refund options
