Open your ticket without an attachment and ask them if you are unsure how to do it.

They may ask you to do it through email.

#

Also, I see a part of your ticket and blaming GPortal and making demands is not a good way to handle things. This is not GPortal's fault. It's Microsoft and their suck way of handling things.

when i have a 50$ account balance and no button to unsuspend services to avoind this issue it is gportals fault. make it more user friendly. personal opinion everyone has a right to one.

it is what it is. im a paid member having issues with a server i paid. also a account balance and no way to resolve the issue myself.

ive provided ark servers through nitrado and this is my 2nd month with gportal and now second guessing it because of the headache involved because others dont have this issue

i got 1. nonhelpful. upload photos with no explanation nor way to describe the process. no drop down menu in options so no link to photos. MAKES 0 SENSE.

Most people don't have an issue with it. I'm not disputing there could be an easier way. I have no idea why it is the way it is.

This is a link to your screenshot. When I coded my bot, I did this for attaching emoji's. I think this should work.
