Everyone that’s in the game gets frozen for about 10 minutes and this happens about every 20 minutes. Please help!!!!!

I just rented a server today and was trying to get everything situated and was running into the same thing, except it was frozen for like 2 minutes every other minute, it was awful how laggy it was especially with it being a brand new server

Yeah for me when it eventually came back it would slowly get better and better until it was back to normal, I just wanted to see if everyone ran into this
