Automated Event Announcements

I've been on a few servers and see Events automatically announced like Heli,Brad respawns and crate and airdrop announcements how is it you set those up? I've figured out how to do fast recycler fast smelt and outpost starts but I haven't seen any documentation whatsoever on something like this if anyone know's how to set it up sharing it would be greatly appreciated
