#Rust console is blank

Usually that's something on your end. Try refreshing, log out and back in, a different browser, etc.

It's affecting major things on my server
Nothing is logging
that players do
in the logs, or the console
I've relogged and refreshed 10 times
What else is happening besides the console being blank?
Well, we have a third party bot that relies on the console outputting
and since the console is not outputting, half the features don't work
and it's costing us hella players by the minute
but it's not logging any user actions in the logs either
Aren't your logs in the console? You stated those separately.
Also, check with the bot dev and see if they know a fix.

I can still send commands, but when I do, they don't show up that I've sent them
there is no "executing xxxx...."
hell not even the message of the command i sent shows up
and it's not just my gportal, it's like that for the bot dev when he logs in to it

Your issue is not the same thing as "error loading server" and similar things. Those are things you get copy and paste for.
It wouldn't hurt to ask them to take a look for you.

The way to get your ticket answered the fastest is make sure you have all the info in the ticket. Do not reply to it after that until you get a response. Do not make more than one ticket for the same thing. Doing those things will cause your ticket to go to the bottom of the queue.
And we would have no way to cause them to prioritize a ticket. There could very well be other tickets as important, if not more, than yours. No way to know that here.

Yes that's true. But, I have no idea why the console would not be working. So the best thing to do is ask GPortal support to take a look. I have no idea why it would be blank.
Almost always, a blank console is client side.

I've seen posts in here by bot devs with issues with the console. Not being blank, but not responding as quickly as needed.
I was completely unaware that was an option again.
