I am migrating to G-portal but a small problem appeared a few minutes after being connected in the game I lost the connection to the server by specifying with a pop-up "The host has ended the connection" On the other side I can clearly see a server restart, hence my incomprehension knowing that I am not requesting any restart. Anyone have a solution?

I have already made a ticket, they have to change the equipment for me to be sure that it does not come from the first equipment provided automatically but I think they forgot about me, it has been more than an hour since they told me if I agreed and I responded but no more news since.

Ah ok. When you reply in your ticket more than once, it will cause it to go down to the bottom of the queue. Just give them time.

Haha ok. I think they moved it then. It's likely just not correctly showing on the site. Try using a different browser, clear cache and cookies, you know, all the good stuff. lol

Unfortunately I would have liked it but it's still the same IP so I don't really understand the server is offline but we can still connect it. I think my machine has a real problem x)
