Everyone got unexpectedly kicked from the server so we restarted the server but are now unable to join, all have the same version as the server and none of the mods have changed we can tell but we are unable to check mods against the server as the download mods button is greyed out

Sounds like it might be something else wrong with the server. Contact GPortal support to take a look.
