go on the GPortal app for xbox or playstation which every one you place on then
-click "A" to start the server it might be "Y" im not to sure which one but it’s either one of those then give it a few to load on GPortal (go to microsoft edge or what ever browser there is on your system then go to GPortal Website) and let me know if that fixes it

When I press start on the gportal app a red tag pops up in the bottom right and it does not start
