In G-portal on the Xbox server she rented when she changes her username from the long numbers to her name it goes back to the original one

I don't think you can change that to remove the numbers with the id.
But, that's something she ought to take up with GPortal support if there is something wrong.
What about the adding permissions? She figure that out?

Mine on my g portal looks like this
For her is a bunch of numbers and letters
When she changes it to her name it saves but when she leave the page and comes back it goes back to the big number and letters
