As the Titel say, is it possible to turn off Auto Updates? i really dislike the idea that the Server shut downs instant, when there is a new update published from the devs. Maybe im blind, but did not find it.

No. There's no way to do that.

This is of course more than unpleasant if you are in the middle of the game and the server simply shuts down, especially if the auto save is then every 5-10 minutes :(
