Hey guys I’m not to adding an additional map to my game cloud for Ark and I’m struggling with being able to cross travel. Both maps are on the same game cloud, I enabled cross travel and I made sure both cluster ID match. Is there something else I’m missing?

It doesn’t say anything it just freezes. I can go on and take a screenshot

It pops up and I enter the password and then nothing happens. When I try to back out it just keeps me stuck at the OB and I have to close app and reload back in.

Ah! Ok then you're not doing anything wrong.
When that happens, simply log out of that server, then log in to the new server. You may need to download character.
This is an Ark bug on clusters with passwords.
It happens on EVERY host so don't worry that it's a GPortal thing.
