#Server Suspended But been payed for

My server renews on the 14th of each month and payment has been taken from the Microsoft store and shows in bank that its been taken. So why is my server showing as Suspended in red even thought I'm up to date with payment. Has anyone else had this issue.

no been waiting well over a hour atm to get it resolved i have the proof of the transactions just need to wait for them to get back to me. But this is bad managment from microsoft side if they are wanting to control the payments for xbox

i did have 1 on both and they have different portals due to taxes which i think is stupid as u have to switch between account to manage them. But it is what it is.

Tehy did that to help with load balance there will be so much traffic if they all was in one

True. And since the us is it own side and eu it own side the website wont be laggy for everyone since it region base so last lag for the website better for the user

true im on 2gb fibre so my internet is stable so me playing on state server ant bad at all my ping very rearlly goes about 50 unless i play on a west coast server then ill hit about 100 ping but very rearly any lag if i do play on a west coast server

True fiber is kinda op im running on 5gb fiber at my house and with 0 ping on a east coast server

my area will be going up to 4gb by end of the yr so when that goes live ill be on it. i dont miss dial up at all lol

I just switch from coax to fiber i've notice the different asap with alot of device on my old coax one i have alot of room known to add more stuff
