Its been on this screen for over 40 minutes. i've tried refreshing the page... deleting the blurred screen element and clicking the server off button. nothing works

Starting can be extremely slow. An hour is not unheard of.

If it's still happening, you need to contact GPortal support.

it fixed itself

its just the fact it never did this before they added this blurred starting server screen cause beofre you could just restart the server if it was bugging out, but now if it bugs out while turning on you have to wait 1 hour + since you cant restart the server due to the blurred screen
