I'm not sure anyone here can advise on this. You should contact GPortal support so they can see if there's anything going on.
It may be something on the server side that needs to be fixed.
I'll try to send a ticket. I tried yesterday, but it wouldn't populate my server in the drop down.
That's fine. You can just specify the server in the body of your ticket.
I even tried that, but it still gave me an error.
I'm verifying the files rn, then I'll make another attempt.
