my enshrouded server will be deleted in 2hrs, i want to save the world save onto my computer however there is no option to, there is an error triangle as well as it says suspended and cannot restart the server, i have a backup of the current world save, but cannot access it

You can use an ftp program like Filezilla to get your save.
It may be possible you can't do that while it's suspended, but you can try.

If your server has been suspended, it will have been for non payment.

When your server goes in to a suspended state, you usually have 5-7 days after it was suspended before it deletes.
I believe it's 7.

If you don't have auto renew, you should be paying attention to your server to prevent these things.

They will reply to your ticket. DO NOT make more than one ticket for the same issue or your tickets will get combined and put you at the bottom of the queue.
