when to wipe to get new monument & guns?

I own a community server and would like to know what time eastern standard time would i need to wipe in order to get the new monument and guns on my server on the 29th??

They typically roll out the updates at around 1:30 pm EST but to be safe id just wait until like 2:00pm EST or even a bit longer just to make sure they’re done with the update
