There's an explanation in #1180621154696822856 too. But, if you are using a phone to do it, you may need someone here to type it for you so you can copy and paste. Phones use the wrong quotation marks.

When you submit multiple tickets, they will get combined and put you at the bottom of the queue.

If you want a timely response to your ticket, just make 1 ticket and do nothing else until they reply.

If all 5 of those are for the same thing, go close all but one.
