For the past week I've been unable to raise a ticket or access my server. It's been very frustrating. It keeps giving server status error 400. Most of my friends are mad at me because I can't do anything about the server.
If I try and raise a ticket the page just deletes my info. I tried calling the support line and stayed on hold for over a half hour before ultimately hanging up. I'm not sure what to do and this isn't the first time its been an issue.

it worked fine for like 2 weeks and we gamed every day but then it started becoming unresponsive
I think what ultimately broke it was when I clicked on backup

Ok awesome. If any of them are duplicates, go ahead and close them. If there are multiple for the same thing, that could bump you to the bottom of the queue.

Basically, some of the hardware in some places started having issues. Unfortunately, for you, it was a bad luck roll. 😦

The phone support had to be turned off after Palworld dropped. The mass amount of tickets made it impossible to handle both.

Here's my two cents on it I'll give you my account user ID numbers and the name but I'm not giving you the passcode I am having the same problem I cannot open a support ticket I have sent an email and I am calling within the hours of business and it's still telling me I'm calling without side the hours of business and it hangs up so there's no way to contact support for my problem playing out right what's happening is is the service says I own it I have it but it can't install it it can't set it up and the code error that it's giving out is basically saying that there's no slot available and it can't connect to the server where the server would be installed at I need someone to help me fix this problem and I can't get a hold of anybody that works at G portal which is kind of no offense to anyone BS.Hello fartonice!

But im showing nothing preventing you from opening a ticket, the error was server related not account related

Yeah every time I try to open a ticket is it I get an ad blocked saying the website is blocked me if you want I can go and try to open a ticket and copy it and send what it's saying but I have disabled and removed my ad blocker just so that you know

Have tried this with chrome I have tried this with o p e r a browser and I have also tried it with Microsoft Edge I get the same thing every time

No problem, Having our dev check the error. Maybe something has you blocked like cloudflare.

What where you trying to message? The check shows that’s the cloudflare anti sql injection/xss check. Meaning something was being sent not suppose too

Well that's funny because basically what I was saying is I cannot open a support ticket I gave you a copy of what it shows me and I've done it on three different internet browsers all I did was open a support ticket label it give it what server that I needed to help on a description and I hit the send button that's all that's and then it gives me a giant air window if you want I'll take a snapshot of it and drop a photo for you to see what it gives me or if you like on another hand I will actually record it and give you a recording
Hell I'll even live stream it how about that join a chat Channel with me I will show you my internet browser window when trying to open a support ticket and what happens so you can see it for yourself you don't even have to talk to me

then look for
PalWorldSettings.ini
open with somewthing like notpad ++

One last thing sir I forgot to mention to you is I have a rust server that I still have access to on my user interface I can't cancel it because I already have more than a month ago and I can still turn it on and off and run it and access it and play on it I just noticed this a couple days ago after purchasing the server for PALworld I noticed on my list that the rust server was still there. Here is the info for it so that you can have them take a look into it and and hopefully remove it so you can reissue it.
