Currently our Server is not working, we cannot restart or shut down! is it an overall problem or only our server

The only reason I have hope is because this past weekday it was running fine. Friday was fine as well. My placebo is telling me, it’s just the weekend, everyone is killing the server cause they’re off, but at the same time I don’t even believe that’s the issue

Yeah I don't think so either.. just hope its sooner rather than later.

It’s even more sad because since the servers are down, you can’t use FTP or the directory to download your world and transfer it

I'm unable to access my server either. Or else I'd try verifying files, as I've been told. But hard to do that when you cant access server. 🙂

I've sent in a couple tickets asking for info. Even asked a mod on here about it. They told me I was wrong for submitting more than one ticket. Ooops...

Yeah. Submitting more than one ticket is not the best idea 😄 They have to read, and answer them separately. I think it is more effective, if you write as many info to your ticket, as you can.

And if you get a copy paste answer, just send the whole message again as a reply.

Yeah. That is what I've been doing. Just keep responsing saying "failed to connect to all addresses" is still ongoing, despite them claiming the server should be up in 10-15 mins. I'm trying to be patient, but... wow...

My son and I are both over lvl 40 and I don't want to start from scratch. Oh well. I keep checking the server every 20-30 mins. Not the way I wanted to spend my weekend, but I'm hoping it will be up and running (and stable) soon.

Last case scenario, you can increase the multipliers, to reach this level again, faster, if the save file will disappear for some reason.

Sadly, the people I've spoken to that are having no issues, had to step up to a higher priced provider. And it's not cheap.
