Server was working yesterday before update. Player was in game 10 mins before update released. After update we have no access to it. I did notice in screeshot days the last update was in Dec. 2023. What's the fix for this? I think the server has not updated to the update that came out yesterday. I've restarted, still no access.

Says is still online. Though I turned it off. 0/0 players. Which is weird cause I have a deadside server as well with no issues, but notice it has server name and 0/17 players. It's like the servers there but not there

It seems to me yes, it's still on the December update version for scum, so they update isn't going in the server which is what I think the problem is

It should say 0/10 or whatever slots you have on it.

Yeah right now, you can't call. They are so overwhelmed with tickets, they are working as quickly as possible through them.
It's been a little insane with Palworld and Enshrouded dropping. lol
