Hello, i just bought a Palword server and it status is always "stopped" and i can't start it
I though i will be able to buy and start, i don't want to way one week for already fix issues etc.. for a server i never can used.
Can you tell me if i can refund fast or if i can do something to fix this, i opened a ticket but i don't know in how many days they will repond.

What you call it is a company that is so overwhelmed that they are working through over a thousand tickets as quickly as they can. A scam actually means that someone is taking your money with the express intent to steal it. I simply ask that you use your words wisely.
