Unable to write tickets for servers I admin

Hi, I admin a few servers and none of them appear in the list when I want to create a ticket. How can I fix this?

Interesting. I don't know. Have you tried backing all the way and trying again?

May be a cache issue. Are you using any sort of ad blockers or incognito?

You can also try a different web browser.

I am not using any ad blockers and have had this issue for months.
I am using Chrome, but I can try using Edge too. Thank you

OR maybe you are on the wrong account? There is EU and Int. Are you on the right side of it?

I'm on the INT, otherwise I can't see the servers

You don't own any of them? Just admin?

I believe you need to be the owner for them to show there.

aha! Yes, I don't own them. I was able to post tickets around a year ago, though

Is there any way for the owner to allow their admins to post tickets?

You could probably just write something more generalized if possible then include the id's for them.

Yeah it's pulling from YOUR ID. Since your account doesn't have servers, it is likely why none are showing. But, again, can't say with 100% certainty.

It wont show if your just admin, But you dont have to select a server to place a ticket
