I Bought the server 1/20/2024 the first day starting the server took 20mins to run it
now ever few hours me and my friends are getting kicked out of the server with this error code each time.
anyone know any fixes or what they have done i have submitted a ticket and yet to hear anything back from support.

The game is very new and there is a lot of issues at the moment. One of the issues is a memory leak. So the server will use more and more memory until it crashes. The amount of time the server stays up varies depending on what people are doing and how many people there are.

Yeh I'm sure it varies from server to server. I'm not quite sure how G-portal handles their server performance, but I'm having the same issues you are with 1-4 people on.
