cant join gportal palworld server

Hello, my friends bought a server 3 days ago and i did connected to it 2 days ago but i cant connect anymore, i can connext to other server but i cant connect to my friends serv hosted by gportal, the loading screen is infinite can someone help me ? pls

The vanity would be the word used in the invite link if they have one.

The save data for that specific server would be corrupt, not the other ones (this is my guess)

Non sorry i'll tried everything i was able to do but nothing worked i'll tell you if i find a way to resolve this problem
