Same. The outgoing packet loss was frequently as high as 80% despite ping times in the low-mid 20ms range. The server was just absolutely unplayable.

I opened a ticket with G-Portal's "24/7" support hours ago and still haven't heard back.

The community on the Palworld discord recommended GameHostBros, so I opened a server there... a little more pricey, but smooth as butter. This is clearly entirely G-Portal problem.

We apologize, unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with some servers not booting up correctly.
We have already reported this to our Devs and they are working on a fix that should be released soon.
Also, this is an early-access game that is going to have issues that are going to take time to fix.
Thank you for being so patient :) Yes, you will be compensated for the time down when the issues are fixed.
