Server issue

I noticed that the server works for me the first like few mins but once I leave my server than decide to get back on again later it shows that my server was made 375,000 days ago and when I try to log into the server anyway it tells me that services are unavailable I've tried restaring the server I made sure i had ownerid and it still seems to be messing up my server is a 3x server and properly in place its only when I get off the game than come back later is when it breaks for me other players are able to get on the game

same issue for me. honestly dont think there is a fix for it other than canceling your server and buying a new one.

If you make a support ticket they will tell you its in the name of the server. they say the 3x will not work that is BS. It seems like they are doing a copy and paste to all support tickets. I just told them I wanted a refund and would wait till the servers are more Stable because G-Portal should not be the only Provider for this game.

are they saying you cant put 3x in the title or 3x is broken in general on the server? Bc if its bc of the title theres several 100 pop servers with 3x in the name
