#Rust event timers

What's the exact commands you ran? And what outcome are you expecting?
events.cooldowntimemultiplier "cargoheli" "0.5"
that is the one you told me to type last time and didnt work
also im pretty sure the furnace cmd dont work either craft.furnaceusagemultiplier 2
like it executes but it dosnt work
events.cooldowntimemultiplier "event_cargoheli" "0.5"
thats the one you told me to type a few days ago and i did and it didnt change the respawn time it stayed the same
I just go by the wiki / documentation
Maybe decimals don't work then, that's my only other assumption
even without decimals dont work
like the cmd just dosent work
and it does that same as the furnace cmd
i found out how to do the events but furnies dont work
Try
craft.itemcookspeedmultiplier 3
Without the quotes around 3
Try it as a boot command
Apparently this hasn’t been working
Well it's what the docs say it is, so I don't know what to suggest
Stop suggesting stuff that dosnt work
Works for most people according to previous threads I've assisted with
and it's written in documentation by D11, so I'll continue to suggest it in future threads
because i get all my cmd from https://rust-console-edition.gitbook.io/rust-console-edition-community-servers/server-configurations/event-settings#event-settings and when i press enter it say the comd is executed and works
but it game it dosent but.
i figured it out with my big brain
if you want cargo ship to have a fast respawn and anyother event you have to do: events.cooldowntimemultiplier "cargoship" "0.1" (or any multiplier) and you also have to do events.cooldowntimemultiplier "event_cargoship" "0.1"
and with furnies you have to do: modifiers.setmodifier "metal.ore" cookspeed 10
if you want metal to smelt faster and you can change the metal.ore to sulur.ore
Use the command while you’re in game. I used the command on the command prompt from the admin menu and it works
