Ownership issue

Why am I not the owner of my own server? I go to permissions and it says someone else is the owner, although it is me, and I logged in with the username that it says is the owner but it still says I am not the owner

If you are looking in game at owners, you will never see yourself. This applies regardless of your role. You never see your own gamertag.

However, if you run the owner command inside of the G Portal console and it says you are already owner, no further action needed

However, if you have another owner that isn’t supposed to be there, sounds like an error on your end or a compromised account.

I have logged in with the user it says is owner as well, and it is me, it just doesn't think I am

Are you on two different accounts? The owner listed that’s covered with blue, is that you?

Yes, that is me. I have also logged in with the "USER" and it does the same thing

I’m a bit confused on the request here. Are you saying you are not seeing yourself as an owner and you cannot modify the owner OR are you saying that it shows a random person that you cannot remove?

I am almost certain that the person is me. I am not able to modify permissions is my pain issue, because I have people that I am running it with that I am trying to give access to the console

This image shows someone that has a different login than you having ownership. That person is the person who purchased the server. Is that you? If so, login to that account and you should be good.
